At Sheoaks we have 3 rooms, all with ensuites.
No spas as we collect our own rainwater. Coles Bay’s
average rainfall is only 22 inches/year and we've had drought conditions for some years. One room has a queen
sized bed. The other two have split king beds, i.e. they can
be either 2 long single beds (twin) or one king sized bed.
Check
in time is from 3.00pm till 6.30pm and check out time is between 8.30am and 10.00am unless
negotiated otherwise in advance.
At Sheoaks the standard
tariff, listed on the rates page, includes accommodation and
a delicious cooked breakfast.
In the self catering
properties breakfast is not provided.
A two night minimum stay applies from 15 December 2009 till the end of January 2010, then again at Easter from 29 March - 8 April 2010.
